Betty Sue Hybarger, 79, of North Vernon died at 4:17 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2020, at her residence.
Funeral services were Monday, August 10, 2020, at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Burial was at Vernon Cemetery.
Hybarger worked the assembly line for Dorel in Columbus before retiring. She enjoyed reading, watching movies and television, and loved being around her family, especially her grandchildren.
Born June 10, 1941, in Hazard, Kentucky, Mrs. Hybarger was the daughter of Irvin and Viola Lewis Campbell. In September of 1972 she married William 'Bill' Hybarger in Columbus and he preceded her in death on March 21, 2013.
Survivors include her children, Jeff (Elaine) Taylor of Columbus, Scott (April) Taylor and Tanya Begley, both of North Vernon, Ryan (Donna) Harnish of Indianapolis, and Tammy (John) Plaster of Fort Meyers, Florida; siblings, Lois Jean Bailey of North Vernon, Kat (Ed) Fields of Kentucky, and Don (Peggy) and Charlie (Joyce) Campbell, both of North Vernon; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hybarger was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; siblings, Madalyn, Art, James, and George Campbell and Ruth Downs.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to help with expenses.
