Kenneth Von Craft, 76 of Dupont had worked at Arvin's for 40 years
Kenneth Von Craft, 76, of Dupont died at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison.
Funeral services were Monday, July 17, 2017, at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service. Rev. Don Hamilton officiated. Interment was at Union Flat Rock Cemetery.
Mr. Craft retired from Arvin Industries after 40 years. He attended Dupont Baptist Church. Mr. Craft enjoyed gardening, building things, and spending time with his family.
Born December 1, 1940, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, Mr. Craft was the son of James and Pearlie Stallard Craft. He married Sharon Speer April 18, 1975. She survives.
In addition to his wife, survivors include daughter, Kenda (Jeff) Webb of North Vernon; stepdaughters, Deborah (Randy) Duncial and Holly (Richard) Rothert, both of North Vernon; brothers, Roy, Billy, and Dennis Craft, all of North Vernon; and several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Craft was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Downey; a son, Kenneth Craft, Jr.; and a stepson, Dale Low.
