Sheila Kay Moore, 57, to be interred at Hayden
Sheila Kay Moore, 57, of Butlerville died at 9:44 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2013 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus.
Services, officiated by Rev. Dennis Allman, will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Christ Temple Apostolic Church, 607 Euclid Ave, Seymour. Visitation will from 10 a.m. until service time at the church on Friday. Burial will follow in Hayden Cemetery. Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre in Seymour is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Moore had worked at Regal Rug and Electrical Systems in North Vernon. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and crafts and would love to crochet items and give them away.
Born August 26, 1955 in Bakersfield, California, Mrs. Moore was the daughter of Roland and Anna Satterfield Gessler. She was married to Kevin Moore who survives.
In addition to her husband, survivors include four children, Chance Johnson of Butlerville, Josh (Nicole) Moore of Nebraska, Coty Moore of Butlerville and Jennifer (Jr.) Driver of North Vernon; five sisters, Rebecca Lucas of Westport, Annette (Ed) Austin of Scottsburg, Lora Rice of Lexington and Deborah and Sharon Gessler both of North Vernon; nine grandchildren and her mother and father-in-law, Randy and Carol Moore of Seymour.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Christopher Jayne.
Memorials may be made to the Sheila Moore Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
