Jack Lee Mote, 57, is laid to rest at Holton Cemetery
Jack Lee Mote, 57, of Versailles died Thursday, July 11th, 2013 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Funeral services were Monday at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. David Shivers officiating. Burial was in Holton Cemetery.
Mr. Mote worked for Grover Miller Construction and the Carpenter's Union.
Born in Seymour on July 28, 1955, Mr. Mote was the son of Frank Mote and Gertrude Roberts Allee.
Survivors include one daughter Alina (Clint) Sarringhaus of Napoleon; ten grandchildren, Joseph, Tristen, Grayson, Logan, Kylie, Ayden, Audrey, Elliott, Cy and Camdyn; two brothers Gayle (Mary) Litton of Martinsville and Butch (Lisa) Allee of Versailles; nine sisters, Betty (Jerry) Wright of Indianapolis, Pat (Kelly) Clark of Chester, Ohio, Roberta (Virgil) Meeker of North Vernon, Nita (Walt) Hoyt of Columbus, Martha Osborne of Stockdale, Texas, Cindy (Wayne) Vanosdol and Alice (Danny) Beach, both of Holton, Bessie Mullins of Bloomington and Sue (Harvey) McDougall of Martinsville.
Mr. Mote was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Duard Litton; five sisters; Dorothy Litton, Drucilla Gerries, Ilona Hendricks, Karen Barrett and Ruth Large.
