Richard L. Skinner, 72, dies in Indianapolis
Richard L. "Dick" Skinner, 72, of Indianapolis died April 20, 2013.
Friends may visit from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. in Indianapolis. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
Mr. Skinner served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 until 1964. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Cherry Park Campers Association and Maple Creek Country Club. He was an avid fisherman.
Born in Indianapolis on July 5, 1940, Mr. Skinner was the son of Joseph and Eleanor Skinner.
Survivors include his wife, Rita A. Skinner; his sons, Doug and David (Pamela) Skinner; a sister, Patti Smith and two brothers, Bill and Roger Skinner.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
